Intro to Mindfulness Workshop - Burlingame High School Staff

This introductory workshop will use interactive activities and guided meditations to give you a taste of the benefits of mindfulness. No prior experience is necessary; all levels are welcome. In this session, we will:

● explore how feeling the full range of physical sensations and emotional tones can bring richness and vividness back into each moment.

● investigate how the mind creates our sense of reality and how these stories impact our well-being.
