Having clarity, agency over our attention and being able to track our impact is at the foundation of having an intentional and effective life that is in alignment with our values. These capacities can be cultivated through mindfulness practices.

My hope is to facilitate learning spaces where you can discover this for yourself to support your journey towards self-actualizing and a life filled with meaning and love.

On a larger scale, it is a dream of mine to witness what we could achieve as a collective, if our actions were informed with more consciousness, engagement and care. To me, cultivating mindfulness is a radical form of activism.
